Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund window for VIN Verdict purchases, how subscription cancellations work, and how to request a refund.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to one-time VIN Verdict report purchases and recurring subscription charges billed through the service.

VIN Verdict is operated under the VIN Verdict brand.

2. Refund window

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the date of a one-time purchase.

For subscriptions, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the date on which the subscription was last renewed.

3. How subscription cancellations work

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation stops the next renewal and your access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through our support page and include enough information for us to identify the order, such as the VIN used, approximate charge date, and the reason for the request.

Buyers may also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net for order support.

5. Billing provider

Paddle acts as merchant of record for checkout and recurring billing. Payment processing, tax handling, and refund handling may also be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
